API Issues Resolved, Features Reinstated
The infrastructure issues should be solved. We’ve replaced two controllers and chassis that control our DAS for MySQL. This means we’re back to green on our newer codebase. The features communicated in this post from 9/25 are now back and functional.

Update on the API Downtime from 9/25/2009
The problem from last night was hardware related. The controllers that control our network storage for mysql failed, this has caused us to have to replace the controllers and chassis. The features communicated yesterday are still unavailable. I will provide another update late tonight.

API Downtime 9/25/2009
We experienced an outage of the Remix API starting at 11:28PM CDT it lasted for approximately 30 minutes. To resolve the issue we were forced to use backup servers which has an older version of the API. As a result the features communicated previously will be temporarily unavailable.
